All prices on strikk.se is including 25% Swedish VAT. We reserve the right to make price errors and price adjustments. If Strikk discovers improper use of discounts & promotions, we reserve the right to adjust this. Please note that discount codes can only be used on items with a regular price. 

If you are under 16 years of age, you must have a guardian's permit to be allowed to order from us.

Strikk reserves the right to make "printing errors" and color deviations on products presented on Strikk.se. We work to make our photos as representative as possible and in line with reality. Nor can we guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. 

All goods remain the property of Strikk´ until full payment has been received by the company.

Attempts at fraud are reported to the police. Strikk reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

In connection with the completion of your purchase, you accept Strikk's terms of purchase and a binding agreement arises between Strikk and you as a customer.

In connection with placing your order, you accept that you will be liable for payment corresponding to the total amount of the order.

When an order is received, an order confirmation is automatically sent by e-mail to your registered e-mail address. This order confirmation also serves as a guarantee certificate after full payment has been made.

Strikk reserves the right to deviate from the stock balance if it was incorrect at the time of your order. If Strikk cannot deliver according to order confirmation, you will be contacted and given the opportunity to adjust or cancel your order.

You can shop at Strikk.se around the clock, the goods are normally sent the next weekend weekday.

These terms for invoice apply between you and Strikk when you buy goods, and you have chosen to pay by invoice.

When you choose to pay by invoice, Klarna offers you the opportunity to pay 14 days from the time we sent the goods for delivery. We transfer our demand for payment for your purchase to Klarna Bank AB (“Klarna”). Klarna will send you a payment instruction where you must pay directly to Klarna. If you have previously chosen to join the Monthly Invoice service, the invoice will instead be included in your monthly invoice in accordance with the conditions that apply to Monthly invoice

Delivery

Strikk sends all orders with PostNord. Normal delivery from us takes place within 1-2 working days. Strikk stands for the transport risk, ie the risk of the product being damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. You bear the risk of any return to us.

We are not responsible for the Post's internal delays.

Post Nord delivers smaller packages directly to your home and larger packages are picked up at the nearest agent. Notification is via SMS, mobile number is filled in before you complete your purchase at checkout. If the mobile number is not stated, you will instead receive a notification via letter.

Valid identification and avin must be shown when collecting the consignment. If the package is damaged in any way, it is important that you do not pick up the package but inform the staff at the postal agent that you refuse the package due to damage, and it will be sent back to us. 

If Strikk cannot deliver within the agreed time, you will be informed of the reason for the delay and we will agree on a new delivery time. In the event of a delivery delay, you have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.

Uncollected shipments

Strikk charges SEK 150 for uncollected packages to cover our costs. If you ordered an item and regret it after we have sent out your package, you must return the package, otherwise we will charge you SEK 150. Of course you get back what the product cost you, but not any shipping fees. 

 

Right of withdrawal

Knitwear is not satisfied until you as a customer are satisfied. When you shop with us, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins the day after you receive your goods. If the last day of the withdrawal period falls during a public holiday, it also applies to the next working day. Returned goods must be unused and with hangtags. If this is not the case, a depreciation of the value of the goods can be deducted upon refund.

Attached to your delivery is a return form and return shipping note. For returns and exchanges, Strikk's own shipping documents must always be used.

Free return and exchange!

Return byte guide:

- Fill in all information in the return / exchange form. Note that switching only applies to switching between size or color.

- You then put the return form together with your goods to be returned.

- Attach the return shipping note to the package.

- Submit the package to Postnord's representative and request the receipt.

- We will contact you via email when we have processed your return.

- We will refund you or send a new desired item as soon as possible.

If you have used a discount code for the first purchase, this discount will be transferred to your new order in connection when we handle your return. 

Refund / depreciation on return

Refunds are made after the item has been returned and received in its original condition. When returning products that are not in original condition, a reduction in value of up to 100% of the value of the item is deducted.

The amount is refunded through Klarna. Any shipping fee is deducted from the amount of the item.

 

Complaint

The Consumer Purchase Act gives you the right to complain about a product within three years, provided that the product was faulty at the time of delivery and it is a production defect. If you receive an item that is faulty, we want you to contact us as soon as possible. Email us your order number with a description of what is wrong with the product and how it came about info@strikk.se

Attach pictures of the product that show the entire product and the defect in detail. When we have received the email, we will decide whether it is a defect in the product and get back to you if the complaint is approved or not within 14 days. All complaints must be approved by Strikk before they are sent back. 

Refunds are made after the product has been complained about and received and approved as a complaint by Strikk. The amount for the product and any shipping fees will be refunded to the customer within about 5-10 banking days.
